Hi, I’m Michelle—a Registered Nurse turned CEO, Certified Quantum Transformational Coach, and Certified BG5 Business Consultant. But before all of that, I was just like you—working tirelessly in a system that didn’t care for me, battling burnout, and wondering if this was all nursing had to offer.

For over 20 years, I gave everything to my career, sacrificing time with my family, my health, and my peace of mind. Burnout wasn’t just a possibility—it was inevitable. I loved nursing, but I hated the conditions I was forced to work in.

During COVID, as a Krucial Staffing Nurse in NYC, everything changed. The relentless demands, the fight-or-flight mode, and the crushing realization that nursing would never be the same broke something inside of me. I knew I couldn’t keep going down that path.

In 2021, I launched WeCare Staffing Solutions, thinking I had found a way to make a difference. The agency was a financial success, but my heart wasn’t in it. Sending nurses into environments I wouldn’t want to work in myself felt wrong. I realized I was still stuck in the same system, just from a different angle.

That’s when I knew I needed a change—not just in my business, but in myself. I sold WeCare, started my healing journey, and founded EmpowerHUB—a business that honors transformation, purpose, and peace.

I created the Transformational Nurse to CEO Accelerator to give nurses like you what I never had:

- A mentor who truly understands what you’re going through.

- A clear path forward, even when everything feels overwhelming.

- A supportive community that lifts you up instead of tearing you down.

- Tools, structure, and strategies designed specifically for nurse entrepreneurs.

I know what it feels like to say, “I hate nursing,” but here’s the truth: we don’t hate nursing. We hate the toxic environments we think we have to work in to be nurses.
